The Investment Operations Manager will report to the Director, Investments and will provide analytical and operational support in managing the Family Office’s investment portfolio across all asset classes:
Long Only and Long/Short Equity, Credit, Absolute Return, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets and Crypto.

The Investment Operations Manager will work with the investment team to develop and maintain investment-related financial reporting processes, procedures, protocols, and controls to ensure an effective and efficient investment portfolio operation. The position will be tasked with managing and liasing with our third-party reporting team, investment software
platform resources, investment manager operations staff, and internal Family Office departments. The role has the opportunity to expand and support the investment team’s diligence process of potential
new investments in operational areas as well.

Responsibilities and Duties (included but not limited to):
Investment Operations
 Serve as the single point of contact for our third-party reporting team, investment software platform support, investment managers and the Family Office’s internal teams.
 Maintain the legal, financial, and operational documents file management system pertaining to investment-related matters. This includes but is not limited to maintaining partnership website
log-ins, investment manager contacts, new investment summaries, and fund and liquidity terms.  Identify potential technologies or tools that improve the team’s investment process. Investment Reporting
 Oversee monthly reporting process and ensure that reporting packages (in conjunction with the third-party reporting team) are accurately reported on and delivered within specified deadlines. Recommend any process improvements as the Manager sees appropriate.
 Perform monthly performance data reconciliation against information recorded by the thirdparty reporting team and our cloud-based investment software.
 Assist with preparing and presenting certain investment metrics and key performance indicators for investment committee meetings. Investment Monitoring 
 Support and track investment due diligence and closing processes through key deadlines and metrics.
 Coordinate with internal and external groups over legal and tax reviews for prospective and existing investments.
 Ensure legal documents have been submitted to investment managers.
 Partner with finance to ensure wire instruction information has been transferred accurately.
 Collaborate with our third-party reporting team to input new data into our investment software.
 With the assistance of the investment team, analyze and forecast near-term liquidity needs within the portfolio.

Other
 Work with the finance team to respond to annual audit requests related to the investment portfolio.

 Complete ad hoc projects supporting the investments, finance, legal, or tax teams.

Targeted Qualifications & Attributes:
 College or university degree required. Finance, investment, accounting, and/or legal backgrounds are a plus.
 Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a financial services or investment operations role. Experience managing investment operations for an institutional investor or family office is a plus.
 Extraordinary organizational skills with the ability to successfully multi-task and maintain a high attention to detail.
 Strong computer skills (MS Office including Excel) with flexibility to learn new software. Familiarity with Solovis or other investment reporting / analytics software a plus.
 Exceptionally adept in time management, meeting deadlines, multi-tasking, and working independently and cohesively as needed.
 Strong communication, presentation, analytical and quantitative skills.
