Overview

The Director of Strategic Finance & Operations will own the company’s financial operating system, integrating financial planning & analysis with accounting execution to provide a single source of truth for company performance.

Reporting directly to the COO, this leader will serve as the primary finance business partner to the executive team - driving forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, accounting operations, cash management, and Board reporting while helping leadership make better strategic decisions.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and creating financial clarity inside a rapidly growing technology company.
