Position Overview:
Top Tier Capital Partners is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join its San Francisco-based IR team. The IR team is responsible for asset gathering, investor services, and marketing across TTCP's global investor base and fund strategies. This role is central to supporting fundraising efforts and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse LP base, offering meaningful exposure to client services, reporting, marketing, and strategic initiatives.
Primary responsibilities:
Investor Relations & Reporting
- Manage client relationships by providing timely, high-quality responses to LP inquiries and requests
- Support investor and prospective investor meeting preparation, including presentations, pre-meeting briefs and follow-up notes
- Manage investor due diligence processes, data rooms, and information requests
- Coordinate and contribute to RFP/DDQ responses
- Support monthly and quarterly investor reporting deliverables
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Investment teams, as well as external service providers, to deliver accurate and timely investor queries
- Maintain and update the CRM, including investor tracking and pipeline reporting
Marketing & Investor Materials
- Assist in producing investor materials including quarterly LP letters, AGM decks, webinar presentations, and pitch materials for existing and prospective investors
- Manage website content, blog posts, white papers, and social media channels including LinkedIn
- Draft PPMs for new funds in collaboration with senior management
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-4 Years of institutional asset management experience; relevant undergraduate degree required. Professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, CPA) or MBA or Masters degree a plus
- Working knowledge of venture capital and/or private equity, including funds mechanics and performance metrics
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information through compelling materials
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to present data effectively through written material
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Client-focused mindset with demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Familiarity with pooled vehicle reporting, including Capital Account Statements and Audited Financial Statements

- Willingness to work beyond the standard office hours, including occasional weekends, as needed.
- Ability to regularly work on-site in accordance with the company’s in-office policies.
