Toigo is assisting a partner searching for a Credit Analyst to perform fundamental research on the firm's portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial statement analysis, as well as a good working knowledge of modern data science tools and Microsoft Excel.

The successful candidate will support the investment team by:

• collating information from sell-side reports/models, historical financials and other research services for comparative analysis;
• building three statement financial models and laying out detailed capital structures for issuers;
• analyzing trends in KPI's, unit economics, covenant and liquidity thresholds, and performing competitive benchmarking of issuers;

The firm manages approximately $1.4 billion in accounts with incentive-based fee structures. Compensation is commensurate with experience and will have a profit-sharing component, which will grow over time for the successful candidate.
