Search is for a minority-owned investment manager focused on private debt and preferred equity solutions for sustainable infrastructure developers in North America. The operations manager role supports operations, asset management, compliance, and investor relations. This position reports to the COO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendors, databases, cybersecurity, and administrative tasks.

• Support asset management, ESG reporting, and compliance efforts.

• Assist with fundraising, investor relations, and event planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 2-4+ years of relevant operations experience.

• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Compensation:

• $100,000 – $120,000 base salary. There is also a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, the hired professional may be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
