Search is for a minority-owned investment manager providing private debt and equity solutions to sustainable infrastructure developers in North America. We seek a qualified candidate with an investor’s mindset and experience in structuring financing solutions.

Responsibilities
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis for potential investments.
• Perform due diligence and support deal execution.
• Oversee asset management post-investment and track performance.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 2-4+ years in finance, preferably in alternative finance or investment banking.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation
• Base salary: $150,000 – $175,000. There is also a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, the hired professional may be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
